And we are off again!

We are all packed and ready to hit the road. We are shipping the BMW 1250 to Paris. The first step is taking the ferry off the island. Dan rode the bike over with the panniers and dry bag and I went as a foot passenger with 2 almost empty pieces of luggage. We had purchased 2 suitcases from St. Vincent de Paul for 15$ each and will load the panniers and riding suits in there for the flight. We can ditch the suitcases in Paris. The bike will go via Cargojet to Calgary and then on Westjet to Paris.

We are going on a different route than the bike. The first flight is Vancouver to Frankfurt and the second leg is to Paris. We will be meeting up with Trevor in Paris and he and his bike are both on the WJ flight from Calgary.
